Contact UsCan't give enough praise and appreciation to Moni with Kootenay Concepts. She took our 1994 bathroom and turned it into a modern dream. Mold, rot and deteriorating, our bathroom had to go, it was a hazard. Moni was so unbelievably fantastic to work with, took our thoughts, budget, timeline (it is our only bathroom!!) and ideas, seriously at every step of the way. Even with leaving in a few things from the previous bathroom, it was no problem! With some not so fun surprises behind our rotting drywall, Moni was quick and efficient and well under the timeline of our renovation with thorough communication. She was clean and respectful and a pleasure to have around! Honestly feels empty now that she's done! Will be contacting Moni for all our future renovations! and can't give enough praise and will be recommending her for years to come!
